What it was about

Office, home office and warehouse – and a time tracking system that is legally compliant and has no per-seat licence fees. People clock in in the browser, on their smartphone or at the tablet terminal in the warehouse: tap the chip, done.

Holidays, time accounts and the monthly close run in the same system, and the payroll export ends as a ready-made DATEV import file.

What I did

• Time clock in the browser, as a smartphone app and on the wall-mounted tablet
• Kiosk terminal with NFC reader: tap a chip instead of typing a password, PIN as a fallback
• Holiday management with remaining days, approvals and team calendar
• Time accounts, monthly close and checks against the German Working Hours Act
• Payroll export as CSV, Excel and DATEV LODAS import file
• Audit-proof change log, roles & permissions, more than 1,100 automated tests
