Whether it's a new website or a relaunch: I build sites that load fast, work on every device and lead visitors straight to getting in touch. Accessible, GDPR-compliant and built so you can update the content yourself.
From a small shop to a B2B range where customers order to the millimetre. I set up product data, dynamic products, discounts, shipping and payment methods and connect the shop to ERP, accounting and logistics – so no order ever needs to be typed in by hand.
Sometimes the right software doesn't exist – or it costs more per seat than it's worth. Then I build it: product databases with pricing and margin logic, crawlers for competitor prices, time tracking with an RFID terminal. With a clean data model, role-based permissions and automated tests.
I look at what you are running and bring order to it: replacing the old server in the storeroom, introducing Microsoft 365 with email, Teams and cloud storage, setting up laptops, tablets and printers – and connecting shop, ERP and DATEV so every piece of information is entered only once. Everything documented, so you don’t depend on me. And if something goes wrong, you have a direct line to me – no ticket system, no waiting line.
Power BI dashboards & sales reporting: I automatically combine data from your ERP and Excel, visualise the figures that really matter and make sure you can make decisions at the push of a button – instead of copying lists together every month. Plus Excel tools with VBA and advice on KPIs and controlling.
Need flyers, brochures, business cards, roll-ups, plotted hall banners or 3D-printed prototypes to go with your new website? No need to look elsewhere – I create them for you all of a piece, with print-ready files.

I sketch structure, content and design. You see early on where it's heading and can step in at any time.
I build, test and show you progress on a protected preview. No black box, but regular, honest updates.
Once you approve, everything goes live – with a handover and documentation. And afterwards I'm still there for maintenance, updates and new ideas.

It depends on the scope – a lean company website is something different from a shop with an ERP integration. After our first conversation you'll get a written quote with clear line items. The conversation itself is free.
You call me directly – no ticket system, no waiting line. When something breaks, I respond quickly and help without fuss: on the phone, via video or on site in the Ruhr area. And if I set up your IT, I know it and don’t have to go searching first.
A company website is often ready within a few weeks. Shops, integrations and custom applications are planned in stages so you have something usable early on.
Yes. I set everything up so you can change texts, images and projects yourself – and I'll show you how. If you'd rather not do anything yourself, I'll take care of it.
No. I'm happy to visit in the Ruhr area, but I work just as well by phone and video for clients all over Germany – among others in Cologne, Essen, near Karlsruhe and near Stuttgart.
In most cases, yes. Whether WeClapp, Microsoft 365, DATEV or an ERP with CSV export: I look at what's there and build on it instead of starting from scratch.
